All properties are spacious with separate living rooms and come fully furnished with a choice of double or single beds and the option of extra furniture if required at no extra cost.

We rent WHOLE properties, not rooms - so you decide who you share with, not the Landlord.

No Gimmicks

Our aim is to provide you with a safe and comfortable home for a fair and reasonable rent with no gimmicks or confusing rental packages, admin fees/booking fees, which end up costing you more £'s.

Gas & Electric Safety Requirements

All properties are fully certified and comply with all gas and electrical safety requirements and satisfy all legislation relevant to rental properties.

Gas Heating and Hot Water Systems

All gas, heating and hot water systems are on a maintenance/service contract with 0800 REPAIR. This is to ensure all safety checks are carried out to the highest possible standards, as well as ensuring effective, safe and speedy repairs to all breakdowns.

Comfort and Safety

Whilst living in one of our properties, your comfort and safety is our priority - direct personal contact 24/7 with your local Landlords (not an employee) ensures a speedy and satisfactory response to most problems and queries, without the excuses, giving peace of mind for both students and parents that we are only a phone call away.

Emergency Call Outs

For your peace of mind we offer a free 24/7 emergency call out for essential repairs or even if you have just locked yourself out! And yes some Landlords do charge.

Your Personal Safety

For your safety we provide every property with smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire blanket and a fire extinguisher. These are checked and serviced regularly to provide you with the safest possible environment.

Tenancy Agreements

We use an easy to understand, no nonsense contract with no hidden catches. This ensures your stay in the property is as relaxed and uncomplicated as possible.

Tenancy Deposit

All deposits are fully protected by a Government Approved Deposit scheme, details of which are provided.

Advice & Help

We are on hand to help with any issue from picking you up to view properties to helping you arrange utility payments. We have even helped Tenants move items into the property.

Car Rental or Purchase

Due to requests from previous tenants we have made contact with local garages to offer assistance should you need to purchase or rent a car during your tenancy with us. Long or short-term car rental can be arranged to suit your needs, whether you need the car for as long as you rent the property or even just for a weekend we can help! We are also able to arrange very competitive, fully tailored car insurance quotes for either UK or overseas tenants.

We don't make promises we can't keep!

No booking fees or letting charges


We always keep a supply of spare fridge freezers, cookers and washing machines, so no matter what day or time, if yours breakdown we will endeavor to have a replacement with you within a maximum of 48 hours - our record is about 20 minutes!!

Fair Wear and Tear Policy

We keep a large supply of spare furniture so any items e.g. wardrobes, chairs etc. which are accidentally broken are replaced with a similar item free of charge with 'no claims' made against your deposit.


A lot of our properties offer the option of a spare room - for guests or family to stay.


We don't squeeze 5+ students into what is basically a modified 2/3 bedroomed house - we don't expect you to live like sardines.

Have you ever seen 7 people trying to cook on one cooker or even try to use one shower?? For larger groups we have houses next to each other - why squeeze into one house when you can have two next to each other for the same rent or less!
